Jeremy Francis
Jez is fascinated by people, what happens between them and why, and how they experience life. He knows from his own (mis)adventures over the years that he is at his best and most happy when he feels he belongs; when he knows and trusts the people around him, working hard and playing together towards the same ends, making mistakes, and learning as the next chapter unfolds. For clients, Jez designs and runs engaging experiences that focus on these same themes, whether he is working with individuals, leaders and their teams, or across the organisation.
Humour is a hallmark of Jez’s approach to life and work; he believes both can be seriously funny. Music matters to him; the people who listen to him sing and play guitar have told him it should matter more! A lapsed economist, Jez started work in the energy industry in commercial and functional roles, before discovering his calling in people and the work he does for just add water today.
